What is the Glow & Run
The Glow & Run event is a one of a kind night time experience that is less about how fast you run and more about enjoying the music filled glowing experience and course with your friends and family. For our events, we see participants of all different speeds, ages, shapes, and sizes ready to GLOW. So whether you are a casual walker or an avid runner The Glow & Run invites you to be part of the fun.
The Course
Approximately 3.1 miles of glowing fun featuring multiple black light zones, a glowing finish line chute and arch as well as thousands of runners decked out in glow gear. The Glow Run will also feature music along the course with a DJ pumping out the latest top 40 dance mixes, trance, and techno, dub Step to keep you motivated.
Participants for the 5k:
Runners and Walkers can register as individuals, or sign up as part of a team. Teams are made up of four or more runners. All runners and walkers participating in The Glow & Run will receive the following items:
- Glow Run T-Shirt
- Glow necklace, glasses, and glow pigment packet and glow zones for extra fun to ensure you glow on the course
- Entry to the Post Race After Party included in 5k run for a $35.00 fee for early registration by February 13, 2014.
- Registration will be $40.00 after February 13th up to March 1, 2015.
- Registration from March 2, 2015 up until March 7th at 6pm will be $45.00.
- Kids under 10 are free
The 5K Glow Party with DJ
Come for the 5K, but stay for the party, participants will enjoy one of the best glow parties ever assembled with up to 1500 participants including glowing runners / walkers and dancers with a DJ to keep the party going into the late night hours. .
Giveaways: Costume contest at the Party. Winners receive gift cards.
Participants for the Glow Party with DJ
- Option to attend glow after party concert from from 7pm-11pm
- Glow paint/pigment sprayer upon entrance
- Glow & Run T-shirt
- Early Registration from November 4, 2014 until February 13, 2015 is $25.00.
- Registration of $30.00 after February 13th up to March 1 , 2015.
- Late registration from March 2, 2015 up until March 7th the day of the race at 6pm will be $35.00.
